This is driving me crazy at the moment...
In MOSS 2007 when you use the WCM features to deploy a site from a staging server to a live server it copies across the changes, but doesn't delete any deleted pages!!
I'm still looking for a solution to this - and will blog about it when I find the solution - but until then if anyone knows of any solution - please let me know.... SharePoint is gonna make me loose my hair...
